When the crew is on a job and multiple PCs take the same action, they can choose to make a teamwork roll.

For example, if the whole crew is sneaking into a guarded manor house, everyone can roll together to jump the wrought iron fence and evade the guard hounds.

To make a teamwork roll:

  1. Everyone acting makes their own action roll with the same action stat.
  2. If everyone acting chooses to mark 1 stress, the single highest result of everyone’s dice counts for the whole group. </aside>

Continuing the above example, if the single highest result amongst the whole crew is a 6, they have a full success – everyone gets quietly over the fence. If the highest result amongst the whole crew was a 5, everyone would experience a mixed success – maybe they all get over the fence, but the GM ticks a clock for the hounds to catch the crew’s scent. If it was a 3, everyone fails – perhaps the crew alerts the hounds, or perhaps the fence is electrified while they’re climbing up.
